An elegant and sophisticated five star hotel in a Historic Old Town building, MaMaison Hotel Le Regina has sixty-one unique, custom-designed suites and rooms, all of which blend opulent comfort with sophisticated amenities. We have designed our rooms to have diverse shapes, sizes, ornamentations and furnishings, so that even the most refined and demanding traveler will surely find a pleasing match.
Centered around a lush courtyard garden, it is somewhat reminiscent of a peaceful monastery. The comfortable lobby and lounge welcomes visitors with a cozy fireplace. Guests can relax in a spa area, which features a swimming pool, fitness equipment and a sauna.

Impressive Appearance, Less Impressive Amenities

Luxurious in appearance, but no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. The breakfast bar was disappointing (the Eggs Benedict, for example, looked as if they had been on the breakfast bar for quite a while, and seemed dried out). On the positive side, one could order freshly prepared omelets (which were delicious), and their hot tea was fine, as was their espresso. They have a laptop in the lobby with a good internet connection. I was somewhat disappointed with Le Regina. Having stayed at three other hotels in Warsaw, I would prefer one of the others.

Beautiful Hotel, Bad Service

I had literally a problem every day, from a loud neighbor whom the staff did not address properly to the complete absence of my complimentary newspaper during the entire stay, with no real explanation from staff. The worst, however, is that they did respond by attempting to move me to deal with the noisy neighbor situation, but then in fact did not give me the other room as promised and instead tried to put me in a much smaller and darker room. Worse than that they acted as if I were misremembering their earlier promises, and there is nothing worse than being treated, as a guest, as if you're not smart enough to remember promises made to you by hotel staff. This is certainly not the kind of service I expect from a supposed five-star property.

From Chopin International Airport: Straight Zwirki i Wigury Street, afterwards passing among Towarowa nad Okopowa Streets, after that turn right to Stawki Street and after the crossroad straight through Muranowska and Konwiktorska Sts. By the crossroad with Zakoczymska Street, at the traffic lights turn right into the direction of the New Town, after that go straight by Wójtowska, Przyrynek to Koscielna Sts ( one way Streets).
Transportation:
The hotel offers exclusive limousine pick up from the airport upon request. Should you wish to take regular city taxi there are available at the airport. Public transport is available with bus number 175 however 500 meters walk is necessery to acces the hotel.
