What a Disappointment

The hotel is living on its "W" name. It feels like a Days Inn. There is window air conditioning that is so loud. The room is claustrophobic. The help is loud and too familiar.

Great Location, Very Hip Bar and Lobby

Very sleek, modern hotel with a hip lobby and popular hip bar. Rooms are of W standard ( I stayed on the VIP/Club level)
Service was excellent. They handled a last minute dry-cleaning, delayed check-out to allow for a late lunch meeting, even packed and moved my luggage to my car when I ran late from meetings.
Very pleasant staff and an overall compelling experience.
