Staff was great
room was good except view from window, would have preferred river view- was not offered at time of reservation or at check-in. Room service was good, overall a great stay, thank you.

Wonderful Stay!

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very polite and helpful. The river view room was HUGE as was the bathroom. The hotel was quiet and peaceful - it was the perfect escape and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do!

Wonderful Stay At the Watermark!

The hotel was very clean with a good sized room, overlooking the Riverwalk and very close to all the attractions. Loved the Nespresso coffee maker in the room! Large bathroom with excellent shower! Enjoyed the rooftop pool and the spa facilities after a busy day seeing the sights. The only slight disappointment was a dinner one evening in the restaurant, Pesca. The food was very good but the service was not what we would have expected, although the restaurant manager intervened a couple of times and rectified the situation somewhat. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would return to this hotel.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The hotel staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The room was nice but a little on the small side. We usually stay in pretty high end hotels when we vacation (like a Ritz or Four Seasons) and this hotel was not quite up to our standards. We did enjoy the deep soaking tub but the thin walls allowed too much of the outside noise in. We ended up calling the front desk to complain about the small dog in the neighboring room that barked continuously from 8 AM to 11 AM. The owners weren't around so the dog was allowed to remain in the room (still barking) and we were offered a free breakfast. Fortunately, we were checking out so we only had to live through one morning of this. I wasn't thrilled with being forced to use the valet parking but I have to admit that the valet staff really hustled and minimized the inconvenience of waiting for them to bring the car around. Overall a pleasant experience (the dog seems to have been an anomaly).

Honeymoon Dream

I could not have asked for anything more! The staff was extremely courteous, and the food was without a doubt some of the best I have ever had. I got a facial at the spa and my husband received a deep tissue massage - we have been dying to come back for another! Our room was amazing- especially the view. All in all it's a little pricey but if you are looking to splurge for a special occasion- you will leave with some of your best memories.

High-Speed Internet

The facilities were very nice but catering to the upscale business traveler I found it a bit odd to have to pay a surcharge for high-speed Internet service. This service is frequently available at no additional cost at much less expensive hotels.
