The hotel is beautiful, and the service is impeccable. Our room was on the 18th floor; the view of the river and arch was perfect.

Very Nice Staff; Might Need More Training

I loved the new hotel. The ownership group is outstanding. The facility itself was beautiful. The staff checking us in took about a half an hour and ended up checking two of us into the same room (we had three people and three rooms). they were VERY nice the whole time, and acknowledged their mistake. I also received an apology letter from the manager which was thoughtful. Probably just kinks from recent opening. Will stay there exclusively on any future trips to St. Louis.

Directions:
Exit Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. Travel north on Lambert International Boulevard for about 0.3 miles (0.5 kilometres). Turn left onto Lambert International Boulevard/Natural Bridge Road. Continue on Natural Bridge Road for about 1.2 miles (1.9 kilometres). Follow the ramp onto I-70 E toward St. Louis. Continue for 12.3 miles (19.8 kilometres). Take exit 250A toward Martin Luther King Bridge/Illinois/Arch-Riverfront. Merge onto N Memoral Drive and continue for about 0.2 miles (0.3 kilometres). Turn slight left at Laclede's Landing Boulevard. Turn left at North Second Street. The Hotel entrance is on your left.

ambert-St. Louis International Airport is 12.5 miles (20 kilometres) and approximately 20 minutes by car from the Hotel.
