Good Service - Poor Facilities

We arrived early morning however the staff were very gracious and allowed early check in. Service throughout our stay was very good - their staff must be commended. However, the overall look and feel of the hotel was jaded, there were mosquitoes in the lobby and cockroaches in our room, the furniture is faded and room we were provided with was very poor and more reflective of 3 star hotel.
The hotel is very nicely situated and the 4/5 star room rates are a reflection of this rather that the decidedly 3 star facilities.
