I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for Miami Carnival this past weekend. The hotel nor staff was very accommodating. They lacked professionalism and could not provide the basics that a hotel should provide. They could not accommodate the request for 2 rooms to be together, one room was on the 7th floor the other on the 15th. One room was not ready till 6pm and then they gave me the keys to a room that was already occupied. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and they knew we were traveling w/kids. Once getting into the room, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, smudges on the mirrors, 2 towels, no washcloths. We asked for 1 extra blanket and an extra pillow and they could not provide us with it due to them being "sold out". One room had a plasma, the other had an old school TV. I asked to speak with the GM and I never received a call. The list goes on. The product is nice and the views were spectacular, but the service and amenities sucked! They have a long way to go...

Seems to be a brand new hotel/condo. Room was very spacious and beautifully furnished. However, the pool area lacked chairs, towels, and no bar service - do not believe there was room service either. Property is centrally located with easy access to nearby attractions/areas. While it is a very modern and clean hotel, I believe they're not ready to claim resort status nor that of a luxury hotel - although it is very nicely decorated.

- From Miami International Airport (MIA) - approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.
As you exit the airport, follow the signs for State Road 112 and I-95 north. Take I-95 North and exit 16, Ives Dairy Road. Turn right/east onto Ives Dairy Road and go to Biscayne Boulevard, one mile. Turn right south onto Biscayne Blvd. and continue straight through 3 traffic lights; at the 4th light turn left/east onto William Lehman Causeway. Follow signs for A1A/South Collins Ave. Turn right south onto Collins Ave.; Sole will be on the left.
