Directions:
From the East:
Follow the A1 direction Edinburgh City Centre, at the end of London Road take the left hand exit off the roundabout into Leith Street and follow the road round until you arrive at the start of Prince Street. The Balmoral Hotel is on your left hand side.

From the North:
From the Forth Road Bridge follow the signs for Edinburgh City Centre, this will take you along the A90 (Queensferry Road), this will take you on to Queens Street. At the roundabout at the end of Queens Street take the 2nd exit and follow Leith Street up onto Princes Street. The Balmoral Hotel is on your left hand side.

From the South:
Follow the A7 and signs for Edinburgh City Centre. At the roundabout on Market Street,take the second exit and continue along Waverley Bridge. From Waverley Bridge, turn right onto Princes Street and you will see the Balmoral Hotel immediately on your left hand side

From the West:
Follow the signs for the A8 and Edinburgh City Centre. This will take you through the suburb of Corstorphine, passing Edinburgh Zoo on your left and Murrayfield Stadium on your right. You will soon approach the Haymarket district of Edinburgh. Keep following City Centre signs into the West End junction of Princes Street. You will then come into a one-way system that takes you through Charlotte Square and onto Queen Street; follow Queen Street to its full length. This leads into York Place, passing the National Portrait Gallery on your right, before eventually reaching a roundabout. Take the second exit and keep in your right-hand lane. This is Leith Street. At the end of Leith Street you will come to a set of major traffic lights - at this point you will see The Balmoral on your right . At this set of traffic lights take a right turn on to Princes Street. You will now be at The Balmoral, where our Doorman will welcome you and look after your vehicle.
