They really do a great job of taking care of their customers! Incredible location, excellent rooms and very good entertainment and dining right.... and that's without even leaving the grounds!

Like a "Texas" Section of Epcot

Venue was very "Texan" - almost overly so, but evidently that's the intent of the resort. Property was very nice; staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nothing extraordinary. I felt that price was higher than average for room style offered. Great restaurants - although also very pricey.

The hotel itself was beautiful, but the service we received was less than adequate. There were problems with our cooling system, and the hotel basically left it up to us to handle and they never checked back with us to see if our problem was taken care of. We also had no hot water in our bathroom sinks, only our shower. I didn't think that a hotel of this caliber handled these situations adequately.

We purchased a standard room...it exceeded my expectations. The entire stay for us was a worthwhile adventure. The staff was friendly & accommodating; housekeeping staff prompt and well-trained.
The only fault we found with the entire resort was not enough medium-priced eating venues or snack venues for families with not a lot of extra spending money.

Not Really Honest and Poor Environment

When leaving the hotel, it is so surprising to have to pay an additional daily $10 charge that nobody talk you about when making the reservation!... No honest!
No way to go for a walk around the lake after a very busy day and the jogging trail they offer is so ridiculous!

Great Time

I was there for a conference and had a wonderful time. I was working the time I was there and I spent little time in my room. I felt like I was on vacation. I lost my credit card and the staff was amazing in the way they were diligent in making sure I had my card back in hand. I was very thankful.
