When the Premier Palace was establishment at the beginning of the 20th century, its first manager penned a sentiment that continues to be true today: “Our hotel must be a comfortable place to rest, to serve travelers as a second home while away from their permanent homes.”

The service is not sufficient for 5-star hotel; the staff is not really professional. Breakfast is not bad but could be more European - better variety of bread, fresh fruits, juices, etc...
