Overview
This Contemporary Boutique Hotel of classical Italianate design, housed in an ornate 4-story building dating from 1850. Malmaison Belfast is ideally located on Victoria Street in the heart of the city centre. A short walk from the vibrant shopping areas of Donegall Place and Castle Court shopping centre, this magnificent landmark building has been converted respecting the building's grand heritage.
At just 64 rooms, it's the most intimate of the chain, and as the newest, it's possibly the most stylish, blending a number of historical references into a surprisingly modern cocktail. Colors are rich, red and brown leather, with more of that black wood paneling, and all the necessities are accounted for, from flat-screen TVs with DVD players to oversized rain showers.
Fine for business, with a small fitness center and Wi-Fi access throughout; and fine for pleasure as well, especially the Samson and Goliath suites, spacious, with exposed beams and complimentary champagne. The Samson suite even comes with a billiard table, and, presumably, the soundproofing to match.

Directions:
From Belfast International Airport;
Follow signs for M2 and Belfast. Exit last junction on M2 - City Centre Westlink. Take left hand lane and turn left at 3rd set of traffic lights onto Dunbar Link. Follow one way system around Queens Square. At traffic lights turn right onto Ann Street and right again onto Victoria Street. The hotel is 30 yards on the right.
From Belfast City Airport;
Follow signs for A2/City Centre cross Queens Bridge onto Ann Street. Turn right onto Victoria Street Hotel is 30 yards on the right.
From the M1:
Travel on Westlink to Grosvenor Road roundabout turn right onto Grosvenor Road. At 2nd traffic lights turn left. Move into right hand lane pass the city hall on the right hand side. At the end of Chichester Street turn left onto Victoria Street. Go through 1st set of traffic lights hotel is 30 yards on the right
