Overview
Savannah design is woven throughout this historic landmark. The Mansion on Forsyth Park exhibits dramatic architecture interiors and gardens to create an extraordinary environment perfect for memorable getaways meetings and events. The Victorian Romanesque two-story brick and terra cotta mansion features turret and heavy arches that represent drama and fantasy. The interior of the mansion features 14 and 15 feet ceilings original oak millwork mahogany and teak paneling and molding. 126 rooms on 4 levels.

A Different Hotel

The hotel is so original, with its works of art and 3 beautiful pianos!!! Rooms are good, but when we have asked for a park views, and they gave us a room with very bad views, park in construction. As we asked for another room we got a room with a view of a tree, no park. On the whole, we had a pleasant stay...

The Good and Not So Good

Our romantic room was beautiful with a view of Forsyth Park. Location was perfect for strolling around exploring the historic district. The artwork throughout the hotel was stunning. Concierge was helpful and accurate. Bell service was exceptional and provided great suggestions about town.
The female bartender was not at all personable, and gave poor service both afternoons we visited. Did not appreciate the unaccessible lobby for a wedding party. Poor room service, menu options & untimely delivery. Room was not cleaned until we asked a second time, and called management to rectify after 6pm.
This has ability to be a first class property if the service improves to match the design, location and amenities.

We had a great experience staying at the Mansion. The service was wonderful and the rooms were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the 3rd year we stay at this hotel for the jazz festival. It's right across from the park and we love everything about it. We hope to be back next year!

We had a wonderful time in Savannah. I look forward to returning. Our stay at The Mansion was great. The staff was very accommodating & friendly. Our last night we had dinner at 700 Drayton & it too was very good.
Our room was fine. If there were any negatives it would be the ventilation system in our room. The bathroom fan did not work & should u close the door it was very warm. Other than that I would stay at this hotel again & recommend it to our friends.

Hotel was wonderful. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and very stylish; furniture and decor of hotel was fist rate. Bedding and towels were superb!!!! I will travel back to Savannah just to stay at this hotel again.
