The 470 rooms share the same opulence and elegant details. Whether or not one appreciates the flamboyant style inspired by Napoleon III, one can only be won over by the rooms, dressed in a delicate harmony of blue, red and deep gold, all decorated with wall engravings evoking dance and music.

Not What I Expected!!!

The hotel experience was very good, until they changed our maid, from then our room was not vaccumed and once we came back to our room at 5:00pm and when we walked in the maid just starting to clean our room. Also when we went to check out the lady the reception said that our credit card would not go through, it turns out that the lady at the reception tried to charge 3 DIFFERENT charges to our credit card, the credit card company then did not allow another charge, we called the company but they could not explain to us why our card would not go through until the next day when we were back in Mexico. Also we made the reservation and we told them we would pay with American Express, when we were accidentally sent the receipt 2 days before we left they told us they were not accepting American Express.
