Comfort and service were first class. No reason to stay at a higher star rated hotel.

The only bad thing I have is the cost of valet and self parking. Charlotte is definitely no NY or San Francisco for them to charge the amount for parking.

Disappointing

We were extremely disappointed with the hotel facilities when we chose a luxury hotel and we were appalled to learn that internet and access to the
pool and gym were in addition to the cost of the stay - cheaper hotels include these as standard and we will not stay at a Westin again for either business or pleasure as they seem to exploit guests via the additional charges.
We are also still waiting for an updated bill.
