Very nice hotel, great location, extremely helpful front desk providing excellent concierge service. Only downside was that it seemed a bit expensive.

The Hotel Lungarno was an excellent retreat after a day of sightseeing in Florence. It was on the less busy side of the Arno, but no less vibrant. The balcony with an excellent view of the Ponte Vecchio was a perfect place to enjoy a drink, not to mention the wonderful snacks that accompanied the drinks. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, from young travelers with children to older people. The inside lounge was a lovely quiet place to enjoy the view if it happened to be too cold to be on the patio.
