ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF SANFORD- EXIT ONTO HIGHWAY 15-501 S THE SIGN READ -PINEHURST-CARTHAGE-. PROCEED FOR 21 MILES TO THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE IN PINEHURST. TO ENTER THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE- YOU MUST BE IN THE LEFT LANE. ENTER THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE AND TAKE THE SECOND EXIT OFF WHICH IS HIGHWAY 2 WEST. PROCEED ON HIGHWAY 2 WEST 1.5 MILES. TURN RIGHT ONTO CAROLINA VISTA. THE CAROLINA HOTEL IS STRAIGHT AHEAD AND IN SIGHT.
