Great Location - Extremely Friendly Staff

Stayed four nights at Hilton Waldorf, which is very well situated in the theatre district of London. Staff was very helpful and friendly - happy to answer any question and request. The hotel has a nice and modern look and feel - especially the breakfast room, which seems to be a former ballroom with chandeliers, is very nice. The standard room we had, had a reasonable size considering the generally small hotel rooms in London, but more 4 stars than 5 stars overall. Nice beds and furniture, good size bathroom with both tub and shower but perhaps lacking the last exclusive finish which can be expected of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was good and very varied - liked very much the possibility of ordering hot dishes from a separate menu (included in the breakfast price).
