Quiet, Relaxing Stay

A wonderful, quiet, relaxing stay. Don't expect Charleston; this hotel is designed for peace. Nice grounds to walk on, yet in a neighborhood so you truly felt like you were visiting someone's home. My room was ready, clean and it was nice to see the little detail touches that individualize your room. Everyone knows you by name and take strides to bowl you over with service and equally give you the peace you request. My dog was welcome and we enjoyed the Southern hospitality. Meals were great and housekeeping was prompt. I love the Inn feel as opposed to the stringent hotel ambiance. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I were blown away by the service staff. Our room was always clean even though I never saw a housekeeper. The staff knew our every move outside the room. We could tell they valued our presence there as well as truly taking pleasure in serving us. The location is not the best, but my wife loved the peaceful setting. I met the Assistant Manger Bret Gresham, a local with a charming southern accent, and he was kind to show us all the different rooms; a true professional I must admit.
