I booked this hotel through Perfect Escapes for two rooms, one a double and one with two twins for 99GBP each, inclusive of VAT and continental breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, and the location just a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Bath. We'd definitely stay here again if we can get the same great rate! There is a pool, but the kids get kicked out after 7pm.

Directions:
Exit the M4 at Junction 18 onto the A46 following the signs to Bath until the roundabout. Turn right onto the A4 following city centre signs. After exactly 1 mile, at a major set of traffic lights, turn left towards the A36. At the roundabout turn left into Beckford Road and right the first set of traffic lights into Sydney Road. The hotel is 100 yards down on the left hand side.
