I am a very frequent (business) traveler and therefore appreciate exceptional service. I wish to give a special thanks to the Concierge Staff at the Sheraton Edinburgh- and particularly to Matthew and Stuart for going out of their way to help on a range of matters (packing documents for FedEx shipment; assistance with airline boarding passes on a complicated itinerary; assistance with taxis and restaurant recommendations), and simply reflecting so well on the oft-lost concept of "customer service", "cordiality", and "attention to detail".
