Very Disappointing

My girlfriend had stayed there with her mother a couple of years ago, and said it was wonderful. I decided to book it for Valentines, so we flew down from VA. Things started off bad, with a dirty bath tub once we walked in. We complained and when we returned that evening, the tub was still overlooked. In addition there had been no turn down service. We complained the next day and yet nothing was done about either of them: the tub remained dirty and we still had no turn down service the following night.
Lastly when I called for the reservation I asked for Champagne to be sent to the room on Valentines, then the day of I double checked with the front desk (they confirmed). When we came into the room that night, no turn down and NO champagne.
