Great Experience

My wife and I went to Atlanta for a concert and stayed at the Ritz Carlton. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Courteous people, great service, wonderful food, beautiful rooms. When we arrived, we were greeted by several nice staff and offered some bottled water. Nice touch. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in, complete with wonderful fluffy pillows. The Atlanta Grill was wonderful, great food. The steak I had was great. Also, the breads that they offer were great. Overall, great experience. -D, from Indiana, USA, United States - 4/27/2008
Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
After I arrived at the hotel the disaster started. I had to move in three different rooms. The first room I found dirty sheets on the bed and dirty rugs on the bathroom floor. The second room was old and very tiny with an odor. The third room the cabinet in the bathroom fell off almost hitting my foot. By this time I was tired of moving and exhausted from a long trip coming from Florida. I made contact with the Assistant Manager who has not returned any of my phone calls. This was a bad experience. I paid extra money for a hotel hoping that I will get luxury and excellent accommodations which I did not receive. I glad you gave me the opportunity to give my input. -Kathy Dent, from Port Saint Lucie, United States - 4/21/2008
Ritz-Carlton----Will Not Stay Anywhere Else
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
My spouse and I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels. I can honestly say that after my few experiences at the Ritz Carlton, I will not stay anywhere else if there is a Ritz Carlton in the vicinity. The staff at the Ritz made us feel very welcome and not just a number. We felt as though we were the only guests there. -Susan Connor , from orangeburg, United States - 12/3/2007
