Perfect Birthday Surprise

Pampering begins with check-in when you receive chocolate. Valet and bellmen courteous and efficient. Room elegant. Staff presented me with a birthday card and more chocolate. Terrace luncheon at Fountain Cafe relaxing and delicious. Walk around the formal gardens romantic and peaceful. Several hours at the SPA incredible. Chocolate Scrub and Cocoa Massage heavenly. Received another birthday card from the SPA staff who are wonderful. Did not want to leave the SPA as the waiting areas are designed so that they are a separate vacation themselves. Dinner in the Circular Dining Room, followed by drinks in the lounge in front of the fireplace completed the evening. Peaceful sleep in a comfortable bed. After checkout, we used the complimentary tickets received at check-in and had a walking tour of the Hershey Gardens. A mere twenty-four hours in this hotel made a definite impression on me.
