Great for a Short Visit!

I stayed here for a short business trip. The facilities and staff are wonderful and the hotel has a very convenient connection to the Mall of Abu Dhabi. The Club lounge is extremely useful and staff are friendly. Downsides were the less than 5* dining experience in the Italian restaurant and Trader Vic's, however the Brauhaus food made up for this. Can also recommend this hotel for short family visits as the kids facilities around the pool are very nice.

The rooms are newly refurbished, pool is nice, staff are friendly and facilities are child-friendly. recommended.

The Rotana has had a noticeable increase in all its costs and the staff in the restaurants are constantly pushing you to order more food. One example is in the Italian restaurant were they come round after your meal with a liquor-type drink for you to sample. Unfortunately they forget to mention that it costs 50 dirhams. A very sneaky way of doing business.

This is my 2nd time I stayed in BRH. I experience an excellent customer service in the 2nd time. However, I think the price is a bit excessive.

Surprise Starts Once You Arrive At This Hotel

Great service from the front office which makes you feel at home. Excellent hotel with lots of amenities and most of the staff are friendly, from hotel door host to front office to concierge. There are not much customer service in the region but Beach Rotana just proved me wrong.
Keep it up and just keep improving. There are still lots of room for improvement and I am sure you guys will be one of the best. Fine tune it and keep it up. When staff are happy, they serve guest with their best and sincere attitude.
Will definitely come back again!! Cheers!!!
