Undoubtedly the leading hotel in the country, far superior to anything else available. Maintains a relatively high level of service particularly considering the trying economic circumstances which prevail in the country.

In view of the extremely difficult economic conditions presently prevailing in Zimbabwe the hotel succeeds in maintaining a relatively high level of service. The most significant deficiency is the lack of working machines in the fitness room.
