Luxurious Weekend at Versace

My husband and I chose the Palazzo Versace for our wedding anniversary. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel like we were royalty. Arrived in our room and found a plate with "Happy Anniversary" and chocolates for us. The service was almost perfect. The only complaint we had was our newspaper did not arrive in the morning and we had to ring down to get it delivered. We had dinner at the Vie Restaurant on the boardwalk which was nice and in a beautiful position. Ask the price of things such as a glass of wine, and a bottle of water before ordering, or like us you will be very surprised when you get the bill! As for the room, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. A pillow menu was a nice touch but ones provided were good enough. Our room looked over the street and across to the Sheraton Mirage Hotel across the road, but this did not matter as you rarely spent much time in the room and it was very quiet.
