The 120 luxury suites & villas at Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa are located on 16 acres of lush & terraced land overlooking a private cove of crystalline waters. The importance of Motu Toopua within Polynesian mythology is echoed through the authentic artifacts, decorations and landscaping. Terrible - 2 * Service At 5* Prices

Beautiful blue lagoon, but that's really the only positive here.
The service received by us, and by the rest of the guests, was nothing short of terrible.
In fact, we took a straw poll of 5 different couples, each one had a cause for complaint during their stay with the rudeness and inefficiency of the staff.
I would compare the service to be equivalent to what I would expect in a 2star hotel in a bad area of Paris. I’m not sure whether it was a lack of experience or a lack of care and attention, but either way, this is possibly one of the worst places I have stayed – certainly not value for money.
There were very few smiles from the staff, (for us, or for any other guests we spoke to) making it very far from the ‘friendly islands’ that were advertised in the brochure.
