Not Kid Friendly

No matter what they say, don't believe that this property is kid friendly. Though the staff was friendly enough to our 4 & 6 yr old, the guests were not. We spent more time shhh'ing our kids then we have anywhere. Our cottage overlooked the beautiful ocean but the actual cottage itself was old and worn looking. Not to mention the ant infestation. Most of the ants were dead hanging out on window sills even after the cleaning crew would come through. The service was painfully slow at best. My husband and I found ourselves having to wait on and bus our own tables. The food in the main dining room was good but for some reason I can't say the same for the outside patio. The breakfast was awful. They burned the pancakes every morning we were there and all the juices are from concentrate. You would think for over a 1,000 a night we'd be able to get fresh juice. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with this hotel. I would not even recommend it to people without kids...but certainly
