Built in 1989, the lodge's Mediterranean-inspired architecture combines yesteryear's grandeur and romance with today's conveniences. 66 rooms on 2 levels.

Almost There...But Not Quite

This hotel is a case of the employees and customer service being better than the property. The employees try hard to satisfy the customer but little things don't get done. Newspapers not delivered without having to call the desk and "remind" them. Telephones not working properly and two calls to maintenance still didn't get them fixed. Fireplace in the room not working and two calls to find out why result in the maintenance person saying the fireplace had been capped off for maintenance and didn't the front desk tell us that. Lastly there had been some ceiling repair prior to arrival and while the dust got vacuumed up no one bothered to look at the top of the door handle and door casing that were covered in dust. The devil is in the details and that's where they missed. Otherwise, location, facility and staff were good.
