After a long day of traveling this was like an oasis in the desert. Very quiet and serene with a beautiful courtyard for dining by candlelight. The rooms were lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff was top notch and always available to drive you to your destination.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mosaic, it was in a great location within walking distance to many shopping areas and restaurants. We just found that because it was a boutique hotel expect it to be very quiet, not many people to communicate with.

Location, service - excellent. Agree that staff is not too knowledgeable about things like museum times, and restaurants not on the "Mosaic List". But they more than made up for it with their willingness. Stayed in least expensive room which probably was not ideal.

Shower faucet and water intensity not good as well as unstable shower head. Housekeeping not prompt when we were out of the room the first day. Otherwise good.
Jerry at the bar was very hospitable with good service and food. Great ambassador for the hotel.
Location superb with wonderfully intimate boutique feel and service. Welcoming and friendly. Great linens truly appreciated. Overall comfort excellent with fine design...

Mosaic Hotel

Our brief stay at the Mosaic Hotel met all of our needs and then some.
The hotel was small private and chic. Staff were friendly, accommodating and interested in what we needed. Everything from the private pool, and room service to the Bulgari bath products were a welcoming surprise after a busy hectic day.
I will stay at the Mosaic in the future and leave out those busy impersonal hotels in the future.

Great Hotel

The hotel is a nice little gem with a lovely poolside bar. The pool area is not big, but it is secluded under palms and very comfortable. Service was great, they have a driver service so we didn't have to take out the car one of the evenings. The rooms are nice with some with view, some with no view, which was the only thing that could have been better. The breakfast was great, staff super friendly and the location is great, you can walk to Rodeo drive, instead of dealing with parking. Would stay there again any time.
