Overview
Saman Villas is perched on a rocky headland dividing two long seemingly endless, surf swept unspoiled beaches of gold sand, backed by dense green coconut plantations, in the quiet sleepy fishing village of Aturuwella in Bentota. The atmosphere is one of tranquility, disturbed only by the sounds of birds and the waves breaking on the rocks below. The views from anywhere in the hotel are magnificent.
26 extravagantly furnished suites built in the form of separate villas on either side of the rocky headland for maximum privacy. Each suite is carefully positioned to provide spectacular views of the shoreline and sea.
Enjoy one of our two restaurants overlooking the pool or the sea. If you wish for some diverse romantic dining choices select from ~ dinner by the golden sandy beach, on the pool pavilion overlooking the ocean, on the top of a rock where the waves break, in a tropical garden, in a water garden or in the privacy of your own suite. Sink into our fine dining experience and the only sound you will hear will be two hearts talking to each other.
Most Evenings entertainment is arranged which includes ballet and soothing instrumental music.
