Overview
The new Sunset Tower Hotel -- formerly The Argyle -- introduces a refined new alternative for travelers. This landmark 1929 tower the crown jewel of the Sunset Strip has reopened after an extensive renovation by renowned designer Paul Fortune.

Depending on where you are and what you're doing, LA can be either congested and characterless, or charming and historic. The Sunset Tower captures the beauty and the agelessness of Hollywood. My room was great with a wonderful view of the gorgeous pool and the quaint W.Hollywood neighborhoods -- the purple trees were blooming everywhere. The bar and restaurant were a ton of fun -- yes, we saw famous people hanging around, enjoying the food and the atmosphere.
Sunset Towers is now one of my new favorite hotels -- I'm looking forward to coming back.
