From Narita Airport:
Take the JR Narita Express train and disembark at JR Shinagawa Station. Take the Konan Exit turn left and follow the roofed walkway to the adjacent Shinagawa East One Tower. Take the Hotel elevator to reach the reception lobby on the 26th floor. A one-stop Limousine Bus service between Narita and the Hotel is also available.
From Tokyo Station:
