Since our office location is nearby, I stay in Regent Shanghai almost every time I visit Shanghai. I was there more than 3 weeks in last 2 months. The room is comfortable and clean as a five star hotel, good for people stay for business or leisure. Very nice gym room and swimming pool, open until 11pm, to me it is a bit early. Service in general is good, except 2/F cafe restaurant for breakfast, it is not very good every time during peak hours. Overall hotel staff are helpful and friendly. And the Club Lounge service is great, again open until 11pm, too early for me, I think 12am is better. Breakfast quality is OK for me who just want to get something before work. But I like the room service. Overall, it is good value for the money to stay there.
