This was our third visit to the Peninsula. Overall, I think the service level is down very much. We had made reservations for a Grand Deluxe room, and after an hour wait, we were shown a corner room that was much smaller than previous rooms that we had stayed in, so we rejected the room. They were never able to tell me what made a Grand Deluxe room.. It's become the place to stay simply because of its past ratings. -Robert Demuth , from Surprise, United States - 1/28/2008
