Great hotel and what service. I had some reservations about staying in a Hilton chain hotel, but boy was I glad to be wrong. Great service, great amenities, outstanding service, and food, food, food. Conrad has restaurants for all you needs. My wife and I can't wait to go back!! -Steven Yoon , from Los Angeles, United States - 10/6/2008
Relaxing Stay

The hotel is in traditional Balinese style, with many pools and right on Nusa Dua beach. Staff are friendly and helpful, restaurants offer a variety of cuisine and the spa is wonderful. Very relaxing place. Only comment would be if you are looking for lively holiday, then better to head to other area such as Seminyak or Kuta where nightlife is. -Susan, from london, England - 9/10/2008
