THE SMALL BUT RAPIDLY-EXPANDING AIRPORT AT SIAM REAP RECEIVES INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS. FLIGHTS FROM BANGKOK, A MAJOR GATEWAY FOR CAMBODIA TAKE APPROX AN HOUR AND ARE OPERATED BY BANGKOK AIRWAYS. FROM SINGAPORE SILK AIR HAS DAILY FLIGHTS AS WELL. THE FLIGHT FROM SINGAPORE TAKES APPROX TWO HOURS AND 10 MINUTES. INTERNATIONAL AIR SERVICES ARE ALSO SCHEDULED FROM HANOI, HO CHI MINH CITY AND DANANG IN VIETNAM. KUALA LUMPUR IN MALAYSIA, HONG KONG, VIENTIANE AND LUANG PRABANG IN LAOS. TOURIST VISAS ARE REQUIRED AND CAN BE OBTAINED IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT IN SIEM REAP. PASSPORTS MUST BE VALID FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS FROM THE ARRIVAL DATE.
