A Great Hotel in a Great Location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver. The room was very pleasant and comfortable. The wireless internet in the lobby was excellent and the location is perfect for an easy walk to Stanley Park. We plan to come back!

We had a fabulous stay at the Westin Bayshore. The Police and Fire World Games were going on and the hotel was full. The desk staff was outstanding and very accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park is ideal for a runner, hiker, walker, or biker. Prices for breakfast was more than I was used to paying at comparable hotels (even taking in account for exchange rate)...but there are wonderful eating places with a block or two. Our room was very nice, bathroom was quite small in the older tower but on our second stay we were in the newer tower and it was much larger. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel was excellent. Great location, very good in-house restaurant. However, I fail to to understand why the cheap and mid-priced hotels can provide free internet service yet the so called luxury hotels (I stayed in a Fairmont as well this trip) felt the need to charge $15 a day for this same (now basic) service.

Shuttle Transportation to/from Primary Airport YVR - Shuttle Fee 13.00 CAD Shuttle Hours From 0740 Hrs to 2040 Hrs Picks up on the arrival level of both the domestic and international terminals. Every half hour at 10 and 40 minutes. Travel time is 45 minutes last stop is the Westin Bayshore. Fares one way is 13.00CAD and 20.00 round trip. Fares also available for seniors and children. Payment can be made by cash..american express..master card..visa.
