Hotel OK. Food Terrible.

The rooms are clean. Hotel (building) is nice. Bed uncomfortable. Did NOT do all inclusive and very happy about that. Ate at most of the restaurants in the hotel. The food is TERRIBLE!!!! Nachos are better at a baseball stadium. These were the fake cheese spread with jarred jalapenos. Poached eggs for breakfast were (if you can believe it) harder than hard boiled eggs. Dining is always a part of our travel and this food (not only the hotel but Cancun in general) is the worst in any destination I've been in the last year. My one year travels include Japan, Romania, Brazil, New York, Palm Springs. Also, upon arrival until checkout, timeshare people are in the lobby and around the hotel trying to sell you something. VERY annoying. Service in general was off a bit.

Directions:
- From CUN-International Cancun Airport
Take the main and only exit; keep going 3 kilometers. At the 3rd km, turn right following signs for Zona Hotelera. Keep going straight on Kukukcan Boulevard for 14 kilometers more, and you will find the resort on your right hand side, in front of the Aqua World Marina.
Transportation:
Taxis available from the airport to the hotel; approximate cost US$40 for up to 4 passengers.
Shuttle from the airport to hotel: approximately US$10 per person.
Local buses running to town 24 hours a day every 5 minutes cost 6 pesos (less than US$1)
