Upon completion in 2011, The Ritz-Carlton will regain its place among North America's leading hotels as the finest address in Montreal and in Canada. Our stay in this property in Montreal was very poor. The night staff was not prepared to sign us in. The concierge staff was absolutely not helpful. Service was very poor. I would never stay in that property again.
