Presidential Lounge Needs Refurbishing

Staff impeccable and welcoming.
Upon arrival I discovered I had been upgraded to a Suite (the PERLA Suite) in the Presidential Lounge. So kind, BUT the lounge and the room are old and need urgent fixing if not complete refurbishing: even the ceiling had a damaged spot! Maybe the standard rooms are more modern?
SPA staff needs retraining: no spa menu available and... surprise, quite unwelcoming. As if I was disturbing them asking about the premises and the treatments. Their loss: I needed a total makeover!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was so very cordial. I would return to the hotel if I am in Mexico City again.. I enjoyed the location and hope the restaurant is up and running when I return. The food was wonderful but the banquet room was so unattractive.
WHAT A BEAURTIFUL LOBBY AND YOUR CHRISTMAS TREES WERE LOVELY !!

FLIGHT INFORMATION REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE THROUGH THE CONCIERGE. OFFICIAL AIRPORT TAXIS ARE YELLOW AND WHITE.
