Inn on Fifth Needs Some Renovations!!

Rooms need renovations...paint, carpets, furniture, run down in our opinion. Bathroom fine.

This hotel had put in a great pool. Upgraded the tile in the bathrooms. Needs to continue upgrading furniture and linens, so outdated. Also needs to upgrade to air controlled units not box A.C. This hotel has a great lobby and location but cannot be considered a luxury hotel. Hotel does not have balconies but for a few rooms, cheap coffee makers and just showers. Comforter is heavy and restricting for bedding. Also towels are reg bath size and only 3 given per room. TV's are very old. This hotel has a spa but outdated steam room. Great outdoor wedding facility at pool but takes away ability of quests at hotel to use pool facilities. Great restaurants- Trulucks and McCabes and nearby restaurants. Staff is great!!!!

The bed was exceptional. Room was very clean. Love the location. We rate this hotel a 4.5 star. I was disappointed that the hotel said there was not a king bed with a terrace. Through this web site it is exactly what we got. We will not hesitate to continue using this excellent website!!!

Centrally located on 5th Avenue South, only 6 blocks to beaches of Gulf of Mexico.
From the North: From I-75 take exit 107 (Pine Ridge Road), west to US 41, turn left (south) on US 41. Five miles to 5th Avenue South.Turn right. 1-1/2 blocks on right.Valet parking.
From the South: I-75 to exit 101.Turn left and go under underpass.Take first right onto Davis Blvd.
Follow Davis 5 miles to US 41 and merge right. US 41 becomes Fifth Ave. Hotel is on the right.
