A: Occasionally, our luxury travel team is unable to find packages that are of
high quality and provide great value for discerning guests. If you know of

Every deal Perfect Escapes promotes is evaluated by a dedicated editorial
staff. If an offer doesn’t represent a significant value, we won’t promote it

Q: Perfect Escapes quoted a rate of “$XXX and up,” but the
actual rate I found was higher.
A: Perfect Escapes has no control over a hotel’s room rates. We test a variety
of nights for each hotel over a period of time and summarize those rates on the
hotel’s landing page. Actual prices for room nights vary by day of the week,
holiday periods, seasonally, or for any number of other reasons. A room rate
for a particular night that you desire may be significantly different than the
summary rates show under the thumbnail.
Although rates fluctuate across different nights and periods, Perfect Escapes
rates are the lowest in the market for a given night, and we back that with the

Q: Why doesn’t my browser work with Perfect Escapes?
A: Perfect Escapes supports a vast majority of current browsers. If you are

cases, you will not be charged for your stay until you check out from the hotel

Your Perfect Escapes booking is always fully refundable, provided that the rate
you select allows for cancellations, and that you follow the cancellation
